Josh Goad
Founder & CEO
Josh Goad is the founder and CEO of TrebleOak, a turn-key commercial real estate development services firm. Previously, he was a leader on the land development team at Hillwood, A Perot Company, where he served as a development manager. Prior to Hillwood, Josh worked at The Beck Group as a construction manager in their integrated design-build group. His career began as an architect at Jacobs Engineering Group.

Jared Rooker
Development Management Consultant
Jared is a Development Management Consultant for TrebleOak. As a practicing Architect, Jared provides management, planning, technical and financial oversight of projects. His experience includes managing complex master planning, multi-family, mixed-use, hotel, corporate, and civic projects from early concept through design and construction. Jared recently co-founded ProCatalyst, an A/E project augmentation firm that leverages global expertise. Previously, Jared served as Managing Director for Prescient, providing operational oversight to hundreds of employees across the country as well as globally. Prior, he was an Architect at Perkins & Will in their Corporate, Commercial, Civic studio.
